Thanks for your message about this! I share your opinion that discussing
tasks and ideas on a public resource supports development in general.
Your private communication via Skype and personal mail does not inform
and attract new developers of course.

Thus, if anybody needs a mailing-list for a project, just ask the TYPO3
Server Team by writing to admin at typo3.org - just tell the name of the
mailing list to be created and what project/extension it refers to. Of
course it only makes sense to have lists for projects that are actively
developed by a team of developers.

Concerning the extbase-kickstarter: What do you think about discussing
development and ideas in the extbase mailing list which already exists?
-> typo3.projects.typo3v4mvc

Development of extbase and the accordant extbase-kickstarter depend on
each other. Thus, I think that it makes sense to talk about all extbase
stuff at one central place. What do you think?
