[TYPO3-dev] Why are there long-time deprecated functions still included in 4.3?

This should not be true. The last occurence (sth. which was assigned to  
simulatestatic, but was also used elsewhere) got un-deprecated to not use  
any deprecated functions.
I also didn't encounter any log entry anywhere, which says that a core  
function used a deprecated function.
