[TYPO3-dev] Condition userFunc takes only one parameter, any reason for that?

I would think that someone else than the author decided not to take it into
the core, isn't it.
Nevertheless, there were no statements that this requested change would
harm anything. So I will put it in bugzilla, lets see what it results in.
