[TYPO3-dev] SVN pre-commit hooks to avoid commiting php files with syntax errors

Hi Dmitry,

some people already told me, that they want it and because I want to 
hear other opinions I posted this to this list. I asked "What do you 
think? Good Idea?" not "Sebastian, please do this!".

Of course d oother opionions matter. If you have some concerns please 
tell us!
