[TYPO3-dev] TEST. Number of extensions

Hi,
how difficult would it be to check whether who developed an extension is
still active? I would trust much more extensions whose developer is
still around.
It should be easy to update TER with a couple of lines from the
extension's author(s) every couple of months.
