[TYPO3-dev] random session timeouts in FE

Hey there, 

because of the importance of this problem I searched the buglist and found this bug:

But as I am using 4.2.8 I can't use one of the fixes, 'cause they are commited to this version already. Isn't it?

I am getting really worried, because this problem comes up evry time I open my site where the store2Session-function:

$GLOBALS->fe_user->set();

is used. But I need to store some values in the session without authenticating the fe_user... When the session error appears, I press F5, the page reloads and everything is fine... 

Any hints to me?
