I know, but what kind of job would this be?
I think it will be at least part-time (but I tend to 
full-time).Depending on the skill level needed (and I think we need a 
lot of TYPO3 knowledge on that person) we're talking about at least 400 
euros a day (because he/she could easiliy make 800-1200 a day with that 
knowledge) so we're talking 8k a month. and thus 96k a year.

Quite a lot of money.
