I do not know. I would still give it to the core team only. It means is that if I leave the team, I loose that right automatically regardless of my previous achievements. It logically flows from this that we need to "clean up" the team every half a year or so (my another proposal that was never implemented). Right now there are more dead soles there than alive ones. So I guess you need to multiply costs by 10 or less.
