Don't remind me on that project. As someone who at the early start in 
2007 volunteered to that project, and with experience and knowledge in 
teams and projectmanagement, I will say that (nearly) everything was 
done wrong.

Exactly that project, which was a real opportunity for guys like me (not 
developer, good at HTML/CSS, implementation and business strategy and 
communication) to contribute to the community, took away most of my 
motivation for doing anything for the community.

They have a new one as far as I know, but nothing has happend as fas as 
I can see.
