To be honest:
2 Speakers per talk are free.
2 speakers x 2 talks makes 4 tickets (unless someone with a math diploma 
can prove me wrong).
If we want to bring a client to be part of the talk (decision-maker 
talkes to decision-maker, makes sense in my eyes IF this is a business 
conference) the answer is:
"Umm.... yeah, we know, but we already spent so many free tickets on 
developers.
But hey, you could pay their ticket or ask them to buy their own."

It's like asking the Foo Fighters to buy tickets to their own show...
