I do not know how the money are split. I know only one thing: for v5 we get two developers, working full time on these money (but no v5). For v4 we have no one working exclusively on v4 (but v4 is moving forward). Why don't we have paid developers for v4 but have them for v5?

(Francois, these questions are not to you and I am not attacking you in any way :) Questions are rethorical because I doubt there is an answer)
