I have to correct that, as it is totally wrong: the Association money is 
split between several budgets and v4 and v5 receive the same amount of 
money, but it is used very differently. And again: that total money is 
really, really small. It has nowhere near the millions that have been 
netted by Joomal or Drupal.

What would be needed is more communication and transparency from the 
Association, but there changes in the board at the last general assembly 
and I'm pretty positive that things are going to change for the better.
