[TYPO3-dev] integrating extJS date picker

hi
did anybody go ahead with the ExtJS datepicker integration into TCE forms?

i am finding some problems/limitations with actual date2cal... and we are thinking if it's better to debug its really old code,
or if to start fresh with a state of the art one.
