Yes, I know. I worked in Eclipse with Java since year 2000.

I have a working web site that I run in the browser. For that I need a regular directory set up. That same web root is my project in Eclipse. I am a core developer and I need core debugable and modifiable in Zend Studio. The only way to have it debugable and modifiable is to have it as a regular directory in the project.
