Oh, it will be part of TYPO3 4.3. The next alpha will contain Extbase
and Fluid as system extensions.

There will be sessions about it at the T3DD09 and there was a tutorial
already at the T3CON09-Dallas. Furthermore there will be some articles
in the next issue of the T3N magazine.

Yeah! It's an important milestone in whole TYPO3 development that offers
the possibility to use the concepts of TYPO3v5 now and start
implementing extensions for TYPO3v4 that are nearly future-proof for 5.0.
