come on, this isn't realistic. Best for learning is using a framework 
where you use the given classes in a way you can learn from examples. 
Doing all from the scratch is an advanced thing you could do if you 
already know all.
Extbase will be a great framework for learning and using MVC style and 
also provide the needed TYPO3 interfaces. Also having FLUID in the boat 
will be a big step forward!
