I have correct timezone on client and server too. Anyway server should 
not affect POST data as it is prepared by JavaScript with built-in JS 
function getTimezoneOffset() so server conf does not affect this.

Can you write more info how you was checking – did you check timestamp 
in actual POST data? Is it UTC sending there? Do you use FF or IE?
