[TYPO3-dev] nginx typo3 memcache, speed up cached pages about 300 times

4.3 is still in alpha stage, so hopefully (!) this will be fixed before 
the stable release.

BTW, I was able to get it to work correctly on my installation, so it 
may be something specific to your install.
