it's not the matter that settings are not overrided, but there are some 
more outside scope of RTE.default, that's the main problem.
It would be more ease if there would be a one-and-only like
RTE.config.tt_news.bodytext < RTE

Also i never know if there is a merge or an override if i copy something 
like a < b, is it always needed to do like
a >
a < b
?

An interface for this is highly needed imho, noone knows what is 
configured and where, info shows the complete and complex tree only.
