[TYPO3-dev] Change a definition in TCA for one user only?

It does not work...
I installed it and then put this in the usergroup-TSconfig-code of the group 
I want to change:
page.TCA.tt_content.ctrl.dividers2tabs = false
And also if I put it in the page-TSconfig, it does not change the tabs.

Is there anything secret I must do after install it?
