I am unable to reproduce this issue with latest trunk (revision 5109) 
and Firefox 3.0.6 or 2.0.0.20 on Windows.

Is the error occurring on a simple CE, IRRE, flexform, tempLaVoila 
structure?

Make sure to clear your browser cache.

Please report the error raised on the FireFox JavaScript console.
