[TYPO3-dev] Change a definition in TCA for one user only?

Hi guys,

I want to change a definition in thwe TCa for just one BE-user.

This is I want to have a backend-form without diver2tabs.
That can be in an extTables.php set as follows:
$TCA['tt_content']['ctrl']['dividers2tabs'] = 0;

But then it is so for all users.

Can I have this for some users only? For a usergroup?
