[TYPO3-dev] Problem concerning realURL

Hey folks,
just a short question... I have a page with checked "exclude form 
speaking url"...
Now, i cannot link it anymore... As I understood this options removes 
the PAGE from /PAGE/subpage/... Which works as expected. But trying to 
link to PAGE, let's say ID 48 (typolink.parameter=48 or normal Menu) 
results to / which imho should be index.php?id=48 or may depend on 
opinions page.html... But currently i'm not able to open this page.

So did I consider a Bug? Or what did I miss... I'm working on a very 
basic configuration...
