[TYPO3-dev] Removing "enable extension without reviews" checkbox

And maybe also remove the "Reviewed" checkmark from typo3.org, as there's no
point of keeping it there either.
(The checmark is located on the Alpha, Beta or Stable image of reviewed
extensions.)
