[TYPO3-dev] double headers

I don't altered any ts of css_styled_content.
The strange thing is that this piece of typoscript is working right 
after clearing all the cache. When i don't clear all the cache after i 
edited a pagetitle all content titles are printed twice. I think this is 
an internal cache bug of typo3.

Maybe somebody can have a look at my whole ts:
