Do you mean this problem comes from Core of TYPO3? If so you should fill 
a bug report on http://bugs.typo3.org. If you fixed it in an extension, 
you should contact the author of the related extension because it won't 
help anybody to know that you had this problem without letting us know 
the source of the problem.
