[TYPO3-dev] Move Block

Hello,

I have a little problem with our Intranet site:

[globalString = IENV:REMOTE_ADDR = 62.58.136.114]AND[globalVar = 
TSFE:id=365]

lib.interneLinksBlok = RECORDS
lib.interneLinksBlok {
  tables = tt_content
  source = 341
}

Our intranet has internal links, it is placed in the left corner of the 
login page.The above setup is made in the template. How can I move this 
Block to the right  ?
