[TYPO3-dev] STRICT-mode for MySQL and install tool

Hi,

btw - MySQL seems to be kind of buggy with STRICT mode anyway. After 
removing my dbInit-String for leaving strict mode, MySQL ignored that 
and stayed in STRICT. I had to restart MySQL to leave STRICT.
