[TYPO3-dev] TYPO3 Forge: API module doubt

Hello,

I've seen that the API module on Forge is not working in some projects,
for example:
http://forge.typo3.org/api/index/extension-blogs

And I've tried to use it in a project and I wasn't able.

How it works?
