[TYPO3-dev] searching for a hook

Hi there,

again I'm searching for a hook.
Thanks to Steffen I studied:

But it does not help me here.
I need a hook that helps me to change the final output only of non 
cached elements (USER_INT and COA_INT)

any hints?
