[TYPO3-dev] datetime evaluation again buggy in TYPO3 4.2.4?

Hi all,

I know there has been a lot of discussion and fixes around the timezone 
problems. According to bugtracker entries and mailing list discussions 
the issue seemed solved to me.

I just could reproduce the following:

1) Using 4.2.3: everything works as expected
2) Using 4.2.4-dev: Problem when entering future date that is after a 
daylight saving time change (in my case after saving: -2 hours)

I filed a bugreport [1] but could not choose 4.2.4 as Version, so I 
chose 4.2.3 although everything seems to work fine there.
