[TYPO3-dev] Is there a serious bug in frontend rendering (CSSstyled content) in TYPO3 4.3-dev (revision 4741)?

I hadn't checked what the current status is - I only followed the
related topics in the core list and thought that everything mentioned
there would have already been implemented. I know that there is a patch
that's adding the additional static templates etc. - but as it seems it
has not been committed yet.

To get cleaner TS and get rid of all those compat conditions in the TS,
a decision has been made to provide own static templates for the
different versions of typo3 - having the default static template always
the newest one.
