Hi all,

I took some time to look at it and found the exact revision where it breaks.

It breaks in revision 4689.

The log notes:
Fixed bug #10094: Use foreach instead of while-list-each constructs in
t3lib_TCEmain

Please find the diff attached.

What part of the diff breaks it I don't know yet, but at least we have a
starting point now.
