I know - I've read this several times.. But tree structure is there since years.

I don't think so. We would have to move ~450 sites. Furthermore this would end up in a big chaos, if we haven't any structure by district/county.
As we already use mount-points -is it really possible to use mount points in mount points? Isn't then there a double MP-var?
Puh.. so.. I don't really know how to get out of here.. i can't really chum up with mount points as i think it would break at least some extensions e.g. for account creation and it would be a really big change.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to reproduce kind of cache poisoning on a local installation. Also there were no entries in tx_realurl_url(en|de)codecache by their timestamp I could find exact request causing troubles...
So I assume that really realurl doesn't cause the problems, but TYPO3 itself, but this makes situation not better :(
Next time it occurs, I will have a look at the cache's creation time..
