Hi other Steffen ;-)

Because forge was that slow I wasn't able to have a look at the SVN logs - later I found that the hostname prependeding was introduced in a patch in April last year.

The bugreport [1] tells that IE seems to ignore base-href and so hostname should be prepended.

So far it's okay, I just wondered because of the different generation compared to page.stylesheet while looking after a client's problem (to weird to explain, but was a server misconfiguration).
