[TYPO3-dev] method "getRecordOverlay" is overlaying records set to "all languages" - bug or feature?

Thinking again about it I see now that [ALL] just means "show it ALWAYS
in all languages, but use language override if possible". This would
make a difference if your site shows a record of default language only
if a translation record exists.
