Well, it does not "destroy" the configuration, it just adds additional 
things to it, and you can disable it through the install-time 
configuration, and then add the configuration manually. However, the SEO 
extension was initially created with the background in mind to have a 
good default configuration and have that activated by default, since 90% 
of the installations have a similar configuration and those admins 
aren't always Core Developers (;-)) don't want to fiddle around with the 
details of configuring everything.

I see it also the same way as the others - that with RealURL, the API 
*is* the array.

@Steffen: Thanks for your patch, I will incorporate it in the next 
version, however, as I don't have a BT project for that yet, just send 
the patch via email, as you just did a couple of days ago.
