[TYPO3-dev] comments: show header only if comments allowed

Hi list / Dmitry,

I want to use comments with tt_news. As there are only special news, in which posting comments should be allowed, I don't want do display any comments-output in all other news (but the same SINGLE-page should be used).

So I want to display a header only if a) posting is allowed or b) there are comments.

Is there any way other than adding a custom marker to do this?
