I appologize, I did not write my previous message correctly. I should have said this: the bug should always be reported. If possible, a patch should attached. It may speed up fixing significally.

Of course, not! Posting is always useful if it is really a bug (there are "bugs" that sound like "How do I make a menu, which....?"). You may find some of my bug reports that do not have a patch. This is normal. Making a report ensures that problem is not forgotten.

Kasper does not participate in active development any more. He announced it at T3DD07.
