Dmitry,

what if somebody find a bug, but doesn't have the knowledge to solve  
it programatically.

Would that mean it's useless for that person to post a a bug report?
Or...
that person would report the bug and he would start praying to Kasper  
(to the north??)
that some nice guy reads the report and writes a patch?
