[TYPO3-dev] Why File mounts limited?

1) The follow-up header was not set AFAIR
2) Cross-posted *nowadays* and not in old times is OK for information 
such as release of a new TYPO3 version

Problem with cross-posting questions is:

1) You may take time to answer a question that was already answered in 
the other list
2) You have to check two lists to have the bird's eye on a topic

Thus Dmitry and I are right when saying that this is discouraged.
