[TYPO3-dev] TER and extensions keys

the biggest problem for me is, that the code works on my private TER, so 
something else goes wrong on typo3.org.
I try my best to find a solution for this.

Please report as much as you can about non-functional things, if 
extension doesn't appear, please report extension key a.s.o.
The more information i have the best result could be reached.
