[TYPO3-dev] onChange with multi select

Hallo,

I've added a multiselect with onChange to a flexform.
onChange fires everytime a value is added from the list but never when a 
value is removed from the selected list.

Is this a known or documented 'feature'?
If not I'll file a bug and try to provide a patch in the coming days.
