[TYPO3-dev] Creating links to front-end pages in the back end

Hi,

is there a simple way to create a link to a front-end page, from the
back end?
I know the UID of the front end page, but the tslib_content is not
present, so I cannot use the getTypoLink functions, normally used in the
front end to create links.
