It will be a sysext, so it will be usable with 4.3 already, even if not 
shipped with core.

There are extensions that do this already. From what I understand, Sonja 
wondered about how useful it would be to have captcha support in the 
core. So my answer is: don't spend efforts on it, as it will come with 
the new FORM object and extensions can be used in the meantime.

Anyway 4.3 feature freeze is today, so captcha would never make it in 
time...
