[TYPO3-dev] State and version of sysexts

But I also think that all the non-essential sysext should be made into 
regular extensions.
Extensions like felogin, indexed_search and rtehtmlarea should not be 
sysext. (There might be more)

Reasons:
1) The above ext. has several bugs, and can therefore not be maked stable.
2) As sysext, the only way to get a bugfixed version, is to wait for the 
next official TYPO3 release, or grab a dev version from SVN.
3) None of the above sysext is needed to run a TYPO3 site. (There also 
exists several other ext that offers the same functionality in TER which 
some people prefers. In which case the sysext just fills up space.)
