[TYPO3-dev] State and version of sysexts

Hi,

TYPO3 delivers some sysexts, which have a version > 1.0.0 and are marked  
as beta/alpha (context_help, tsconfig_help, version, recycler, ...) or are  
marked as stable and have versions < 1.0.0 (lang, opendocs, about,  
aboutmodules, cshmanual, ...).

What do you think of changing all this to more consistent versions/states  
and change alpha/beta state to stable for versions >= 1.0.0 and raise  
version to 1.0.0, if extension is marked as stable and version is >= 1.0.0?
