[TYPO3-dev] Generated Pagetree-Icons in Backend

Hi Steffen,

the page types are fine, but some icons (rare combinations of 
page-properties) are generated with the old style.

I tested this in a 4.2.8 installation and in this case the icon is new 
style, but has a questionmark in it - which is better than the old style 
icons.
So it seems to be a issue in the latest svn-trunk.

I just dont understand why the icons are fetched from typo3/gfx/i ant not 
from typo3/sysext/t3skin/icons/gfx/i.
In the t3skin icons for every pagestate are available but not used.
In typo3/sysext/t3skin/icons/gfx/i much more combinations are available.

If you look at t3lib_iconworks::getIcon() this seems intended. My Pagetypes 
are defined with icon = page_shourtcut.gif and therefore fetched from 
typo3/gfx/i and not form the skin.
