[TYPO3-dev] BE-Logout form still needed?

Hi list,

before AJAX-relogin there was this popup where you could enter your  
credentials again, if the session reached its timeout.

If you re-logged in in another browser window and then opened the popup,  
it showed a logout button and (if actived) an selector-box to switch  
between interfaces (backend, frontend).

Has anybody seen this popup in the last time using trunk? I assume not,  
don't you?

(Because the code should be removed from typo3/index.php then!)
