[TYPO3-dev] A ticking ticking timebomb with libxml update to 2.7.1?

okay, I know that this is included in TYPO3 4.2.8 and you can avoid the 
problem in a new TYPO3 installation. but I'm working with TYPO3 
installations with PHP 5.2.6/5.2.8, without this configuration 
([BE][flexformForceCDATA] = 1) and with libxml 2.6.3 - but now we had an 
update to libxml 2.7.1 - so there is the same PHP version and it's older 
than 5.1.0. And now I've got this bracket-problem in flexforms ... so 
for me it looks like the problem is libxml and not the PHP version.

and please imagine all the existing TYPO3 installations ...

so I don't think it is solved with a patch of PHP 5.1 ...
